Janet
Hartman was
officially approved
as Program Manager
by DDA Board
members on
January 11,
2006. Since
that time she
has attended
numerous training
sessions and
has achieved
many accomplishments.
Due to her hard
work and dedication,
many goals of
the DDA have
been met.
As
program manager,
Janet Hartman
manages all
administrative
aspects of
the Better Hometown
Program, works
with the DDA
members to
develop strategies
for downtown
economic development
through historic
preservation,
assists business
and property
owners with
improvement
projects,
serves as an
advocate for
downtown issues
at the local
and state levels,
and performs
other administrative
duties.
Janet
also attends
committee meetings
and special
events where
she is instrumental
in providing
guidance and
support. She
is a great asset
to the Downtown
Development
Authority.
